Jeff Nichols Award

     The Jeff Nichols Civic Award honors an exceptional individual within the CSSA who demonstrates outstanding contributions both on and beyond the softball field. This award celebrates someone who actively serves local communities, organizations, and churches—someone who steps forward to guide and inspire children and adults, helping them grow into stronger leaders within our communities.

 

     Jeff Nichols was far more than a softball player. He was a devoted husband, father, family member, and friend, always placing God at the center of his life. His selfless spirit and unwavering commitment to others stand as a true example of how one should live.

 

     First presented in 2021, the year of Jeff’s passing, the Jeff Nichols Civic Award continues to honor those who embody his legacy of faith, service, and devotion to others.
